  • 1.五花肉刮洗干净后切成块,姜片备好。
  • 2.胡萝卜,杏鲍菇分别清洗干净,切成滚刀块备用。
  • 3.不沾锅刷油,放入五花肉煎至两面金黄色,盛出多余油脂。
  • 4.把姜片,胡萝卜,杏鲍菇放入翻炒均匀。
  • 5.把炒好的食材转入电压力锅内,加入适量盐,老抽,蚝油,冰糖,再加两小勺热水。
  • 6.启用电源,按米饭键操作(最短时间显示十五分钟,我看好只需压七至八分钟即可)。
  • 7.上汽后压八分钟即可取消,焖两分钟即可开盖。
  • 8.再按下煮饭键开盖翻炒收汁(约一分钟)即可出锅,色泽红亮诱人。
