    Steps to make 麻汁蕨粉

    • 1.一小把蕨根粉用温水泡软。
    • 2.准备好黄瓜丝。
    • 3.花生酱用热开水调匀,调稀一些。
    • 4.泡好的蕨根粉煮透至无硬芯,捞入凉水中过一遍,沥水盛入容器中。
    • 5.煮好的蕨粉盛入凉水中过一下,沥水装入容器中,加入黄瓜丝。用生抽,盐,味精,醋调好味道,表面加一小勺辣椒酱,(不喜辣可不放)
    • 6.将调好的花生酱沿边倒入蕨粉中。
    • 7.8,锅中加入五香油,扔几粒花椒,炸香后浇在拌好的蕨粉上就可以。
    • 8.吃时拌匀,此菜可温可凉,随意食用。
    • 9.再介绍一下五香花椒油的做法:炒锅入花生油,加入大把花椒,少许葱姜,八角,小火慢慢熬制到花椒变色,香味浓郁时即可。
    • 10.微凉时盛出葱姜,滤出花椒,倒入容器中,拌凉菜用最香。
