  • 奶粉100g
  • 黄油30g

Steps to make 花生牛轧糖

  • 1.先处理花生仁,用电煎锅将花生仁中火炒熟,凉了以后去皮备用。
  • 2.棉花糖切成小块,称量好所需要的食材。
  • 3.电煎锅中火预热后,放入黄油。
  • 4.至黄油融化。
  • 5.将切成小块的棉花糖放入融化的黄油中。
  • 6.改小火,用刮刀搅拌棉花糖彻底融化,关火。
  • 7.放入奶粉和花生仁迅速搅拌。
  • 8.搅拌至所有的食材均匀的混合成团。准备一张保鲜膜,涂上一层橄榄油。然后将成团的糖放在保鲜膜上,整理成长方形。
  • 9.包好,放入冰箱冷藏,凉了以后取出,切块即可。
  • 10.成品图。
