  • 1.食材:白茄子、大蒜、沙嗲酱。
  • 2.大蒜剥皮剁碎、茄子去蒂切片。
  • 3.锅里放上蒸架注入清水烧开,放入茄子盖上锅盖大火蒸。
  • 4.蒸十分钟后打开锅盖,将盘子里的水份掉倒。
  • 5.洒上一大勺沙嗲酱。
  • 6.另一锅烧热倒入稍多一些的橄榄油,放入蒜蓉。
  • 7.慢火爆香蒜蓉调入适量喜马拉雅盐,熄火。
  • 8.将烧热的蒜蓉油淋到茄子上即可。
