  • 炼乳2勺
  • 白砂糖20g

Steps to make 黄金蛋挞

  • 1.纯牛奶加热至温热。
  • 2.趁热倒入白砂糖,搅拌至糖融化。
  • 3.再舀入炼乳,搅拌均匀。
  • 4.鸡蛋打散。
  • 5.再倒入之前准备好的牛奶液,搅拌均匀。
  • 6.买的现成的蛋挞皮,不需要解冻,要烤的时候再拿出来就好了。
  • 7.倒入蛋液(9分满)。
  • 8.烤箱先200度预热五分钟,200度烤20分钟即可。
  • 9.香喷喷的蛋挞趁热吃才好吃哦!每个人的烤箱不同,烤的时间可以相应调节一下,喜欢吃脆一点的可以烤多几分钟。
