浓浓爱意——五仁月饼
正月十五北方人都是吃饺子,我家每年这一天饺子、汤圆都吃,今年我们家改变了以往的习惯,改成吃汤圆和月饼了,正是因为2012年中秋节我女儿结婚,没有来得及做月饼,过节期间,家人都说好久没做月饼了,也都馋了,都喜欢我做的五仁月饼,今年正赶上元宵节,全家想一齐动手帮着做月饼,从做五仁馅起,前天老公就开始剥西瓜子、葵花籽、砸核桃仁,累的老公腰都疼了。
昨天女儿特意过来,帮着我做月饼,忙了大半天,终于把月饼做好了,做的很成功,卖相很不错,我想味道应该更好、更香甜,俺娘俩虽然有点累了,但是心里都很高兴,明天就能品尝月饼了。也请美食天下筒子们都来一起品尝哦~

  • 面粉600克
  • 转化糖浆360克
  • 花生油132克
  • 碱水12克
  • 核桃仁300克
  • 花生米240克
  • 葵花籽仁100克
  • 西瓜子仁100克
  • 黑芝麻100克
  • 面粉80克
  • 糯米粉80克
  • 花生油120克
  • 白糖40克
  • 蛋黄1个

Steps to make 浓浓爱意——五仁月饼

  • 1.转化糖浆。
  • 2.面粉、糯米粉分别用微波炉大火烤3分钟,然后过筛。
  • 3.核桃仁用微波炉烤3分钟,取出来晾凉切碎,炒好的花生米去皮,切成小粒
  • 4.把西瓜子仁、葵花籽仁、白糖、花生油放入盆中。
  • 5.放入核桃、花生碎、黑芝麻、面粉、糯米粉。
  • 6.添加适量水,用手搓拌均匀,搁置片刻。
  • 7.面粉、转化糖浆、花生油、碱水12克放到一起和成面团,饧1小时。每个分割成55克剂子。
  • 8.团成圆形状。
  • 9.做好的五仁馅,每个制成70克。
  • 10.把剂子按扁,放入五仁馅。
  • 11.用手慢慢向上推。
  • 12.最后把馅包严实。
  • 13.做好的月饼。
  • 14.把月饼放入烤盘中,放入预热好的烤箱先烤5分钟。
  • 15.取出来刷蛋黄液。
  • 16.放入180度的烤箱,烤20分钟。
  • 17.取出来凉了,
  • 18.取出来凉了,搁置两天,等回油就可以吃了。
