天慢慢热起来了,面也容易发酵了,星期天做了小笼包,面包和批萨,最喜欢在暖和的天气做面食。蒸好的小笼包皮软绵,馅鲜香,一口一个正合适哈。

Steps to make 小笼包

  • 1.300克面粉中加入3克酵母粉,3克糖后搅拌均匀,用温水分次加入面粉中和成光滑的面团
  • 2.盖上保鲜膜,放温暖处发酵至二倍大
  • 3.肉末用盐,十三香,味极鲜酱油,蚝油搅拌均匀,分次加入清水搅拌起劲后腌制30分钟
  • 4.发酵好的面团充分排气后搓成条切成小面剂
  • 5.面剂擀成薄面皮
  • 6.面皮中放入腌好的肉末,包起来
  • 7.包成小包子
  • 8.蒸板上涂油,放入包好的包子,盖上盖子,再次发酵15分钟后,开火烧开水后转中火蒸20分钟,焖5分钟即可
