  • 1.将牛肉洗净切块。
  • 2.胡萝卜切滚刀块。
  • 3.将菌菇切开。
  • 4.洋葱切大块。
  • 5.番茄切块。
  • 6.蒜瓣切片。
  • 7.热锅,不用放油,直接将牛腩放进锅里,煎至表面水干后倒进铸铁锅中。
  • 8.锅里倒入橄榄油,把洋葱、蒜粒和胡萝卜翻炒一下,倒在牛腩上面。
  • 9.在铸铁锅里加入牛肉高汤和红酒,煮滚,撇去浮沫,放入番茄酱、番茄、香叶、百里香。
  • 10.开启烤箱预热,上下火160℃。
  • 11.铸铁锅盖上锅盖,放进预热好的烤箱底部,烤3小时。
