炸元宵
元宵节必吃的元宵,宅家自己做,家里有现成的粘玉米粉,还有现成的黑芝麻馅,做一份懒人版的炸元宵,简单好吃还有特色。

Steps to make 炸元宵

  • 1.提前将发酵好的粘玉米面取回来解冻,小疙瘩化开即可使用。
  • 2.加入适量的开水烫面,冷却后后揉成面团即可,不用饧面。
  • 3.取燕之坊谷时礼盒中的黑芝麻丸,根据家人想吃炸元宵的数量,准备食材,吃多少炸多少,原则是一个不剩。
  • 4.取一小块面团,包上准备好的黑芝麻丸,包好团圆,元宵不要太大。
  • 5.包好的元宵摆放好,记得吃多少包多少,想吃下次再炸,剩下的油炸食物会发硬,口感不好。
  • 6.锅中加入适量的油,油温5~6成热即可下锅了。下锅前将元宵生坯放手中轻轻团一团,团至光滑使其更加好看。
  • 7.中火炸熟炸透,炸至金黄的颜色即可。
  • 8.出锅装盘。
