椒盐烤鸡
上次烤鸡吃是去年的事情了,前段时间突然好想吃烤鸡,所以特意买了半只鸡回来烤。这次用的是椒盐,还加了酱油和姜末,腌久一点,入味了,烤出来相当的香呢!特别好吃,一下子就被我们消灭了,哈哈……

Steps to make 椒盐烤鸡

  • 1.鸡半只洗净沥干水分。
  • 2.酱油半杯,椒盐粉备用。
  • 3.在酱油中加入剁碎的姜末放置半个小时以上。
  • 4.在酱油中加入一勺椒盐粉。
  • 5.搅拌均匀。
  • 6.均匀地在鸡身上淋上酱汁,一边淋一边按摩一下,再放置5个小时以上,使其更好入味。
  • 7.腌好的鸡放在烤架上,在鸡身上再刷一刷酱汁。
  • 8.烤箱上火250°预热十分钟后放入鸡,烤架下放置烤盘以接住滴下的汁,烤1.5个小时即可。
