  • 1.准备好全部食材,酸菜要提前洗净浸泡,猪肉选择肥一点为佳。
  • 2.下猪油、姜片、葱花炸香。
  • 3.然后倒入猪肉,煎炸出油脂,表面微微发黄。
  • 4.接着倒入洗净捏干水分的酸菜,摊平。
  • 5.再淋上一勺蚝油,注入纯净水,不要超过最高水位线哟。
  • 6.当汤水完全沸腾后,再撒点葱花,盖上锅盖,设置成慢炖140度95分钟,运行25分钟后,调成100度。
  • 7.当时间还有半小时左右,加入海蛎子,可适当再添加点葱花。
  • 8.最后15分钟左右的时候,加入提前泡软的粉条,再轻轻拌一下,最后根据个人口味添加少许盐调味,程序结束就可以开吃喽。
