简单易做的冰皮月饼
做冰皮做到嗨啊某天一脑卡放进去了玫瑰花被美哭了!而且玫瑰花简直百搭神器太美丽了么么哒!

  • 各种馅料若干
  • 黄油25g
  • 糯米粉50g
  • 粘米粉50g
  • 180ml

Steps to make 简单易做的冰皮月饼

  • 1.1. 加入各种粉和糖~5:5:3的比例~糖的量可以自己掌控啦不爱吃就少放点15g就好~
  • 2.2. 加水搅拌均匀到无粉块!加水可以分多次加这样比较好掌控~
  • 3.3. 黄油加热融化!倒进去!【黄黄的好萌( ▽ ` )】
  • 4.4. 搅搅搅直到看不见油!盖上保鲜膜!上锅蒸半小时!
  • 5.5. 蒸好后取出~可以用勺子挖出来~不会太粘的~晾到温热 搓揉一下让它均匀一些~然后包上保鲜膜放冰箱冷藏半小时!
  • 6.6. 凉了以后~再继续揉一揉~
  • 7.7. 然后就可以搓玫瑰花了!我分两次弄的一共用了大概12朵干玫瑰~搓碎花瓣~花萼不要~然后把面团在上面滚~
  • 8.8. 一直揉啊揉直到花瓣均匀分布~
  • 9.9. 拍扁!或者擀面杖擀扁~好美丽!
  • 10.10. 包上馅料啦~像包包子一样 不会的话就…封起口来就行!一开始可以少加些馅等熟练了再多加~【不知道玫瑰配什么味道最好啊哭我用的黑芝麻豆沙莲蓉白芸豆和奶黄】
  • 11.11. 封口朝下
  • 12.12. 月饼模压模!
  • 13.13. 可以炒些糯米粉做手粉啦炒到变色就好防止粘~
  • 14.14. 萌萌哒!
