  • 1.分离鸡蛋
  • 2.蛋黄中加入26g糖粉,拌匀
  • 3.加入40ml水拌匀
  • 4.加入油
  • 5.搅拌到乳化状态
  • 6.筛入低粉和可可粉
  • 7.搅拌均匀
  • 8.蛋白分次加入糖搅打到硬性
  • 9.三分之一入面糊中,切拌均匀
  • 10.反倒入蛋白糊中切拌均匀
  • 11.装入纸杯,烤箱预热150度,30分钟左右出炉
