年隆重登场,却悄然而去。下周就元宵节啦,今天买了不同馅料的元宵,油炸元宵外脆里糯、馅料甜香口感好。

    Steps to make 油炸元宵

    • 1.买了五种馅的元宵,准备油炸一下。
    • 2.锅中放入适量九三大豆油(其他油也行,只是这桶油已打开),烧至4至5成热,不用太热。
    • 3.下入部分元宵(元宵一定要无水滴,否则贱油、我买的是现的无需解冻),油温太低会粘在一起不好分离,温度太高表皮上色太快而内在还不熟,勤翻动将其分离。
    • 4.炸制微黄捞出。
    • 5.炸好的第一遍元宵。
    • 6.第二次再复炸一遍,一是让其内炸熟、二是元宵外皮脆黄捞出。
    • 7.炸好的元宵外脆里糯,馅料甜香。
    • 8.装盘点缀一朵红玫瑰花。
