酸辣拌鸡胗
这道菜很久以前做过一次,那是朋友来家里做客,特意做的下酒菜,朋友都说辣的好爽 还开胃,结果后来就忘了发菜谱这事儿了,前几天饭菜普的时候无意看到了这个 就油折腾了一次,也是最近这个天气太热,没有啥胃口。。。

  • 泡小米椒30g
  • 姜片30g
  • 蒜末5g
  • 鸡粉1g
  • 料酒一勺半
  • 辣椒油半勺
  • 生抽半勺
  • 芝麻油半勺

Steps to make 酸辣拌鸡胗

  • 1.准备好鸡胗,买的时候注意看下色泽,暗红色带黑的肯定是不新鲜的,买回来之后清洗干净
  • 2.锅中倒入适量清水,放入鸡胗,还有生姜片,还可以放入八角一个啥之类的再倒入少许料酒,加入少许盐盖上盖子,待水烧开之后,用小火煮八分钟左右
  • 3.捞出鸡胗,放凉
  • 4.生姜切沫备用
  • 5. 大蒜切沫备用
  • 6.放凉的鸡胗切薄片
  • 7.野山泡椒对半切开
  • 8.把切好的鸡胗片放入一个稍微大一点碗内,
  • 9.加入蒜末,姜末,葱花
  • 10.加入适量生抽,盐,鸡粉,我还放了自己做的辣椒油
