大块巧克力饼干
啊啊半夜起来做饼干,想了想这个是要明天要送给别人吃的,就洗了把脸起来努力一下!这款巧克力饼干块很大,而且没有规矩的形状,让人一看就知道是自制的,满满的朴素~巧克力味也很浓郁,也很脆!这个也是君之的配方呢,不会错的!

  • 低筋面粉100g
  • 黑巧克力100g
  • 黄油60g
  • 鸡蛋35g
  • 牛奶15g
  • 细砂糖50g
  • 小苏打1.25ml
  • 碧根果仁25g

Steps to make 大块巧克力饼干

  • 1.准备食材!(啊半夜做的光照出来就是不好看!)
  • 2.把黄油和50g的巧克力切成小块放到碗里
  • 3.一定要隔水加热!!!要不停的搅拌哦,直到巧克力和黄油都变成了液态,完美混合在一起
  • 4.在上一步的混合物里加入打散的35g鸡蛋,牛奶,细砂糖,搅拌均匀(啊我手贱搅了一下才拍的照,所以这一步的图跟上一步感觉差不多...)
  • 5.搅完之后就有点稠稠的感觉了
  • 6.把低筋面粉和苏打粉用筛子筛进去
  • 7.用橡皮刮刀拌匀,如果想吃有果仁的这一步就要把果仁也加进去搅拌咯
  • 8.再把剩下的50g巧克力切成碎,放到面糊里,继续搅匀
  • 9.用勺子挖面糊出来,放到铺了锡纸/吸油纸的烤盘上,别忘了用勺子背按一下,把它按成圆形
  • 10.大小就随你们喜欢啦~别忘了每块饼干之间要留一定的间隙哦,进烤箱之后饼干会变大的,这样就可以放到已经预热到175度的烤箱里了,依大小来定,18-25分钟,做的小的话时间就要少一些。
  • 11.啦啦啦这样就可以出锅了,果然光不好摆盘再好也是瞎...
