切面包你用什么工具?刀呗。切面包不止有刀,还有一种切面包的切片模具,可以让切出的面包厚薄一致,大小均一,确实很便利。不过,若是手风够稳,眼神够准,也一样可以切出厚薄均匀的面包,还可以根据自己的喜好和需要,或厚或薄,随心所欲。而模具固然便利,但往往也有一个弱点——定型化,不可调整。
没用过切片模具,虽然晃过一眼,但没细看它能切多厚的面包。很久很久以前买面包吃的时候,总是嫌切片面包切得太厚。而今,自己切面包,就喜欢往薄里切,不过面包太薄,又往往缺乏硬度,拿在手里,会软塌塌地耷拉下去,甚至自我撕裂。终究还是没往太薄了切。。。。

  • 黑麦粉35克
  • 干酵母1/2小勺

  • 1.用料
  • 2.将水倒入面包桶
  • 3.依次加入黄油,红糖,盐
  • 4.倒入两种面粉,在面粉上刨坑
  • 5.填入酵母
  • 6.将面包桶放入面包机,卡紧
  • 7.选择菜单4,杂粮面包程序
  • 8.分别设定低重量,深烧色
  • 9.启动
  • 10.面包机程序结束,揭盖
  • 11.取出面包桶
  • 12.倒出面包,晾凉
  • 13.切片
