芒果慕斯蛋糕

  • 香橙味QQ糖50g
  • 芒果泥40g

Steps to make 芒果慕斯蛋糕

  • 1.备好食材。
  • 2.六寸戚风切成三片,取两片,用比蛋糕小一圈碗抠出两个圆。
  • 3.吉利丁片冷水泡软,从水中捞出放入50g牛奶中隔热水将融化晾凉。
  • 4.芒果切块,放入料理机,加吉利丁液打成奶昔。
  • 5.淡奶油加15g糖用打蛋器打至有纹路。
  • 6.淡奶油加入草莓奶昔中,拌匀。
  • 7.放一片蛋糕片。
  • 8.倒入一半慕斯液。
  • 9.再放入第二片蛋糕片。
  • 10.倒入剩余的慕斯液,入冰箱冷藏1小时。
  • 11.QQ糖加清水与芒果泥隔热水融化,晾凉。
  • 12.蛋糕拿出,摆上芒果花,黑天天,草莓片。
  • 13.倒在蛋糕表面,放冰箱冷藏过夜。
  • 14.冷藏好的蛋糕冰箱取出,吹风机稍吹一下四周。
  • 15.模具下放个杯子轻向下拉,脱膜。
