Steps to make 黑鱼番茄火锅

  • 1.将黑鱼去内脏洗净,片下鱼肉。(鱼头尾和鱼骨可以炖豆腐,不要丢掉)
  • 2.用刀将鱼肉斜切成夹刀片
  • 3.油麦菜洗净切段
  • 4.金针菇洗净,去掉根部
  • 5.香菇去蒂,洗净备用
  • 6.鲜笋去皮切片
  • 7.西红柿表面划十字刀,放入开水中汤一下。
  • 8.剥去西红柿的外皮。
  • 9.用料理机将西红柿打成泥
  • 10.锅内倒入适量油,烧至六成热后放入葱段和花椒爆香
  • 11.倒入番茄泥翻炒均匀
  • 12.加入一勺糖
  • 13.加入适量清水加盐调味后即成火锅汤底
  • 14.将食材摆入火锅(我用的酒精锅)加上锅底烧开,开吃吧。
