黑椒蜜汁猪肉铺

  • 猪肉馅250克
  • 猪肉馅250克
  • 鱼露1汤匙

  • 料酒1汤匙
  • 白糖1汤匙
  • 1/2茶匙
  • 鸡精1茶匙
  • 蜂蜜2汤匙
  • 黑胡椒粉1/2茶匙

Steps to make 黑椒蜜汁猪肉铺

  • 1.买回来的肉馅,用擀面杖套上一个保鲜袋或保鲜膜再砸一下至碎。
  • 2.放入黑胡椒粉。(因为木木超喜欢黑胡椒的所以放了N多,这个根据个人口味自行调节。)
  • 3.放一茶匙白糖(喜欢甜一点的可以多当放半茶匙)。
  • 4.放盐,1/2茶匙。
  • 5.再放1茶匙鸡精。
  • 6.再放一汤匙酱油(建议放老抽。老抽颜色较深,烤出来颜色很好看)。
  • 7.再放一汤匙鱼露(因为用的是刚才放老抽的勺子,所以颜色显的浑浊)。
  • 8.再放一汤匙料酒。
  • 9.用筷子顺着一个方向搅打肉馅。
  • 10.盖上保鲜膜,腌制半小时左右。
  • 11.取一张锡纸,表面刷层薄薄的植物油。
  • 12.把肉馅放到锡纸上,用保鲜膜盖在肉馅上,用擀面杖擀成薄厚均匀的肉饼。
  • 13.移入烤盘。
  • 14.烤箱预热180度,中层放入猪肉脯,加热25分钟。其间10分钟后取出刷上一层蜂蜜汁,家里有白芝麻的话也可以撒上。再过5分钟后翻面,涂抹一层蜂蜜汁,撒上白芝麻,完成烤制。
  • 15.蜂蜜汁=蜂蜜+水(比例为 1:1)
