芒果糯米饭
说到泰国美食~我最爱的就是芒果糯米饭,没有之一,怎么吃都不会腻~用椰浆闷好的糯米饭香香甜甜椰浆味道十足,每颗糯米咬起来都QQ的凉凉的,配上清新酸甜的芒果肉~看似简单的食材却给你不一样的味觉享受~如果再来个香草冰淇淋……艾玛,不说了,赶紧做起来吧~

Steps to make 芒果糯米饭

  • 1.酱~酱~准备好所有食材~这个是2-3人份哦~
  • 2.洗好糯米提前用200ml左右的椰浆浸泡四小时,泡好后加入少许盐和适量的糖搅拌均匀(我没有量克数,可以多放点糖,根据自己的口味调制)用电饭煲蒸煮功能蒸好米饭。
  • 3.蒸米饭的时间可以把芒果和调味的椰浆处理好~芒果切丁~
  • 4.剩余椰浆放在奶锅里加热,放入糖和少许盐搅拌至融化~晾凉待用~
  • 5.蒸好的米饭放入碗里压实,扣放进盘里,调好的椰浆倒入小碗里~全部放入冰箱冷藏~
  • 6.挖两颗香草冰淇淋球摆盘,倒入椰浆,撒一些香香脆脆的炸绿豆~完成^O^/~开吃吧~
