    Steps to make 酸辣土豆丝

    • 1.准备材料,土豆、葱姜蒜、花椒、干红辣椒、盐、糖、醋。
    • 2.将土豆切成整齐的大薄片,这是切出均匀的丝的要点。
    • 3.再将土豆片切成细丝。
    • 4.用清水将切好的土豆丝泡去淀粉,(这样炒出的土豆丝清爽不粘)。
    • 5.将葱切末、辣椒剪成小段、蒜切末、红椒切丝、姜切末。
    • 6.锅内放油放入花椒煸炒出香味。
    • 7.将炸好的花椒捞出,锅内放入葱、姜、蒜末、辣椒段煸炒出香味。
    • 8.放入泡好的土豆丝。
    • 9.煸炒一小会后倒入适量醋继续翻炒土豆丝。
    • 10.放入红椒丝翻炒均匀。
    • 11.最后加葱花、适量盐、糖、鸡精调味即可。
    • 12.简单但不失美味的酸辣土豆丝。
