香卤牛肉

妈妈果然是正确的,加入这个酱料牛肉味道立马升级,口味更加的丰富,煮好在锅内小火慢慢煲至入味,冷却后切开的纹理已然让人惊呼不是?

  • 牛腱肉1500g
  • 大蒜4瓣
  • 陈皮少许
  • 大料3个
  • 桂皮少许
  • 姜片2片
  • 香叶3片
  • 生抽4勺
  • 老抽1勺
  • 料酒2勺
  • 香辣调料1勺

Steps to make 香卤牛肉

  • 1.牛腱肉切大块冷水下锅
  • 2.准备香料
  • 3.烧开去污物洗净
  • 4.放入铁锅中加入香料
  • 5.加入所有的调料(用量根据自己的口味增减,但是老抽不要太多,一点上色就好)
  • 6.烧开后转中小火焖制
  • 7.大约一个半小时时间,看汁收差不多了,关火浸泡冷却就好
