黑钻珍珠奶茶
每年夏天,冰爽的奶茶都大行其道,今年黑钻奶茶则是超火,其实黑钻奶茶做起来也很简单,自己在家做很方便,新煮的茶汤,不用担心喝到剩茶汤,用白凉粉凝固茶汤,就得到了。

  • 淡奶油100g
  • 红茶10g
  • 500g
  • 白凉粉15g
  • 白糖15g

Steps to make 黑钻珍珠奶茶

  • 1.500克水煮开,放入红茶,然后浸泡15分钟左右。
  • 2.泡好的茶过滤出茶汤,茶汤分成300克和150克两份。
  • 3.白凉粉放入锅里。
  • 4.倒入300克茶汤,小火煮开。
  • 5.倒入容器中晾凉就凝固成今天要用的黑钻了。
  • 6.适量的黑珍珠煮软。
  • 7.捞出凉开水过凉备用。
  • 8.淡奶油加入白糖。
  • 9.小火煮开。
  • 10.倒入纯牛奶和150克茶汤。
  • 11.杯底部放黑珍珠。
  • 12.做好的茶冻切块,放入杯中就是黑钻。
  • 13.最后倒入煮好的奶茶就可以享用啦。看上去是不是很像黑色钻石!
