Steps to make 奶酪蛋糕

  • 1.乳酪与牛奶混合搅拌至无颗粒状态,隔水搅拌均匀。
  • 2.低粉过筛加入到乳酪面糊中。
  • 3.加入6个蛋黄搅拌至无颗粒状态面糊。
  • 4.将面糊放入不锈钢盆里,开小火拌均匀,这样操作口感不错。
  • 5.蛋白打入至无油无水的盆。
  • 6.蛋白部分分三次加入白糖,搅拌至中性发泡。
  • 7.蛋白部分分两次加入到蛋黄糊中,从底部往上拌均匀。
  • 8.最后将蛋黄糊加入到蛋白糊中从底部往上拌均匀。
  • 9.模具铺蛋糕纸,外部用锡纸包起来,倒入面糊,轻轻震荡一下。
  • 10.入烤箱水浴法,160度烘烤50分钟。
  • 11.冷切脱模,切块。过夜的乳酪蛋糕味道更加完美哦!
