  • 1.玉米淀粉奶粉水混合上锅小火加热搅拌成糊。
  • 2.倒入容器放冰箱一宿。
  • 3.第二天取出加鸡蛋、糖、小苏打。
  • 4.加面粉高糖酵母。
  • 5.拌匀,揉成面团。
  • 6.揉搓。
  • 7.出膜后揉成团发酵。
  • 8.葡萄干泡水五分钟取出备用。
  • 9.核桃仁微波炉2分钟备用。
  • 10.面团发酵成两倍大。
  • 11.取出来。
  • 12.擀成薄片。
  • 13.卷成卷。
  • 14.再压扁。
  • 15.擀成薄片撒核桃仁葡萄干。
  • 16.卷起来,发酵。
  • 17.发酵至两倍大撒干面粉,入烤箱。180度预热10分钟。175度烤30分钟。
  • 18.出炉。
