瓦罐煲沙茶鸡
明两天就要回老家了,回了老家就不能上网了,所以为了在回老家前参加美食家的【简单煮意,美味生活】活动,也为了清理家里最后一点存货(干木耳),今天中午在家新试了这个菜---瓦罐煲沙茶鸡。以前吃过沙茶鸡,非常好吃。我想直接用瓦罐来煲肯定更好吃,再加上木耳吸收了了鸡汁,鸡又融入木耳的清香,绝配啊!
对于炎炎夏日,主妇们尽量精简工艺却不能减了味道,即保证无油烟又要保证口味,拿出我们主妇们的蒸、炖、煮、卤、煲为烹饪方式的厨艺绝活,简单的煮意,生活过的一样有滋有味!

Steps to make 瓦罐煲沙茶鸡

  • 1.乌脚鸡半只、黑木耳50克。
  • 2.淹料:沙茶酱、料酒、生抽、老抽。
  • 3.鸡用淹料抓均。
  • 4.放冰箱淹30分钟奋用。
  • 5.配料:大葱、姜片、干辣椒。
  • 6.瓦罐底放少许油、把配料垫在底部。
  • 7.木耳泡发好撕片。
  • 8.和淹好的鸡块抓均放在配料的上面。
  • 9.然后加入老抽、料酒、少许油、半碗清水。
  • 10.中火转小火慢慢煲30分钟即可。
  • 11.中途用筷子经常搅拌防止粘锅。
  • 12.成品图,超诱人!
