一样的月光,不一样的月饼——白豆沙冰皮月饼
又是一年中秋到,秋高气爽,瓜果成熟,人月团圆,有诗云:中秋鲜果列晶盘,饼样圆分桂魄寒。聚食合家门不出,要同明月作团乐。
那些月饼“老字号”的名字,如:莲香楼、杏花楼、吉庆祥、稻香村、冠生园,美名使人觉得心底尽是暗香,会勾起人们月圆之夜的思念之情,但愿人长久千里共婵娟 。
几千年前的古人,肯定想不到如今中秋月饼可以这么美吧。

今年的月饼除了传统的口味以外,还可以有很多新鲜的选择,我用做馅料的芸豆泥,做成了冰皮月饼,绵软的,细滑的的口感,有一丝丝清凉与温柔。

一样的月光,不一样的月饼,用健康时尚的方式诠释传统的中秋节。

  • 红豆沙馅500克
  • 蜂蜜30克
  • 白糖50克

Steps to make 一样的月光,不一样的月饼——白豆沙冰皮月饼

  • 1.准备芸豆300克。
  • 2.准备绿茶粉、可可粉。
  • 3.准备红豆沙馅、苋菜汁。
  • 4.白芸豆泡24小时,去皮。
  • 5.煮开后,小火煮1小时左右。
  • 6.放入碗中,沥干水。
  • 7.用搅拌机打成泥。
  • 8.加入蜂蜜、糖拌成团,也可依据自己的口味调制。
  • 9.芸豆泥中分别加入苋菜汁、绿茶粉、可可粉拌成三种颜色的芸豆泥。
  • 10.将皮和馅分成小份,皮与馅的比例是3:7。
  • 11.将饼皮按扁,包入馅料,一点一点将馅全部包住馅料成圆形。
  • 12.把月饼模子内刷少许油,压制成形,放入冰箱冷藏1-2小时食用最佳。
