酿豆腐
上次有看到闽菜中的酿豆腐,是用白豆腐做的。我们湖南人做的酿豆腐是用油豆腐做的。下次可以尝试一下他们的做法,尝尝味道有什么不一样。今天就尝一下我们湖南人的酿豆腐吧!

Steps to make 酿豆腐

  • 1.准备油豆腐10个,想吃多点肉就买大油豆腐,不喜欢太多肉就买小的油豆腐,我通常买大的,仔是肉控。马蹄少许,也可以放香菇什么的,我喜欢吃马蹄就放了这个。肉两小块,喜欢肥一点的可以选五花肉。
  • 2.肉切肉沫,马蹄切小粒,不是研泥,研起泥口感就不脆了。葱切细。
  • 3.肉沫加生粉,料酒腌一下,不要放盐哦!
  • 4.然后把马蹄碎,葱粒,倒入肉沫里放盐,香油,生抽,搅拌。
  • 5.油豆腐用手撕开一个小口子。
  • 6.用筷子把肉馅夹进油豆腐里面,喜欢吃肉就多装点,不喜欢就少装点。
  • 7.做好后摆放在碗里,肉馅上放一粒枸杞做点缀。然后就可以放锅里去蒸了。
