  • 自制酸奶80ml
  • 高粉295克
  • 鸡蛋液40克
  • 细砂糖45克
  • 黄油25克
  • 1克
  • 清水90ml
  • 干酵母4克
  • 蜜豆50克
  • 杏仁15克

Steps to make 酸奶蜜豆面包

  • 1.准备材料
  • 2.将除黄油以外所有材料先液体后粉类的顺序和面,揉至松软约40分钟后,放入软化的黄油继续揉,达到扩展状态,进行基础发酵
  • 3.放烤箱发酵,烤箱底部放一碗水,发酵至原来的两倍大
  • 4.取出排气,分割成8等份搓圆,静至15分钟
  • 5.把蜜豆放入擀好的小面团中,揉圆放入不粘模具中,其他两个放在旁边了哈,怕涨得太大
  • 6.继续发酵至8~9分模具满,刷上蛋液,放上杏仁片
  • 7.送入预热好的烤箱中层,上下火175度,25分钟,烤制中上色后加盖锡纸
  • 8.晾凉即可
