Steps to make 冬瓜薏米老鸭汤

  • 1.鸭子切块,开水下锅焯烫3分钟,捞出冲去血沫子备用。
  • 2.砂锅内少量油,烧热下葱姜,辣椒炒香。
  • 3.放入鸭块,翻炒均匀。
  • 4.加入稍多开水,大火再次烧至开锅。
  • 5.薏米提前浸泡4小时,开锅后下锅,转小火慢炖一个半小时。
  • 6.加入冬瓜,调入适量食盐,炒匀后再炖10分钟即可。
  • 7.盛出。
