  • 1.所有材料合影.
  • 2.将老汤倒入锅中,加入适量清水。
  • 3.再将所有调料放入锅中,放入洗净的牛踺子,大火烧开,转小火煮2小时,用筷子扎一下牛肉,感觉很轻松能扎透就可以关火了。
  • 4.牛建子不要取出,在汤汁里浸泡5小时以上,让牛肉充分入味,切片食用。也可以准备一些自己喜欢的酱料蘸食。
  • 5.剩下的牛肉汤将里边的调料挑出去,汤汁装进塑料袋,放入冰箱冷冻,下次用时再加入适量清水和调料,做出的酱牛肉格外好吃。
