Steps to make 油焖春笋

  • 1.首先将笋衣全部剥除,去掉老的笋根,切大块
  • 2.放入冷水锅中
  • 3.烧开,转中火继续煮至颜色有点微黄,我煮了大约25分钟然后投入冷水锅中浸泡即可
  • 4.春笋切薄皮、热锅冷油爆香蒜片
  • 5.加入笋片翻炒片刻
  • 6.放入生抽、糖和少许的高汤烧开、转中小焖焖煮5分钟、收汁前放点盐、鸡精和香油即可
