年越来越近、年味越来越浓、今天上街逛一圈、到处都挂满了红灯笼和彩灯、喜气洋洋的、非常喜欢。
回家就想着做了这款红灯笼、红红火火的、好吃又好看、年夜饭端上餐桌绝对眼前一亮。超有档次。

  • 生抽2勺
  • 料酒1勺
  • 少许
  • 红薯粉1勺
  • 蕃茄沙司2勺
  • 生抽2勺
  • 酱油半勺
  • 半勺
  • 少许

Steps to make 红灯笼

  • 1.肉馅中加入少许盐、葱花、姜末、料酒、生抽、红薯粉拌匀。
  • 2.腌制一会儿。
  • 3.茄子洗干净。
  • 4.对半切开。
  • 5.取一半、两边放上筷子,然后均匀的切五刀。大概每片2mm厚度、第六刀切到底。
  • 6.就这样吧。
  • 7.夹入馅。
  • 8.夹好所有的。
  • 9.把汁调好、有白糖、生抽,酱油、醋。
  • 10.然后撒上一点干淀粉在上面。我用的碗豆粉。
  • 11.五成热下油锅、用筷子试一下、边上起泡泡就可以了。中火。
  • 12.先炸肉馅那一面。
  • 13.炸至两面金黄即可。
  • 14.捞出放凉、大概隔5分钟再炸一次。
  • 15.这样更酥脆。
  • 16.锅中下入油、番茄酱、炒出红油。
  • 17.下入汁煮至浓稠。
  • 18.然后用漏勺装着、汁从上面淋上去。
  • 19.胡萝卜切出装饰材料。
