蓝莓蛋糕卷

  • 牛奶36g
  • 色拉油30g
  • 白砂糖20g
  • 低筋面粉57g
  • 粟粉15g
  • 蛋黄3个
  • 蛋白霜材料:蛋清3个
  • 蛋白霜材料:柠檬汁3g
  • 辅料:淡奶油80g
  • 蓝莓果酱20g

Steps to make 蓝莓蛋糕卷

  • 1.准备齐材料,首先将面糊材料里的白糖加入油搅拌均匀,再加入牛奶拌均匀
  • 2.加入蛋黄搅匀,然后再加入低筋面粉与粟粉,同一方向轻柔搅拌均匀成面糊即可
  • 3.蛋清加入白糖,柠檬汁
  • 4.打发成湿性发泡,提起打蛋头能拉起尖勾即可
  • 5.打好的蛋白霜分一半到拌好的面糊中,轻柔翻拌均匀
  • 6.将拌好的面糊加入另一半蛋白霜中翻拌均匀
  • 7.拌好的面糊倒入垫有锡纸的烤盘中,用刮刀抹平
  • 8. 放入预热好的烤箱烘烤,上火150度,下火120度,烤25分钟(使用长帝电烤箱CKTF-30GS)
  • 9.烤好的蛋糕自然冷却
  • 10.在桌面垫张纸或锡纸,冷觉的蛋糕放在纸上,蛋糕面上抹一层蓝莓果酱
  • 11.在蛋糕边上切去,为了整齐,把蛋糕卷起,放冰箱冷藏20分钟,防止松散
  • 12.拿出蛋糕,在蛋糕卷上挤上已打发的奶油装饰,再放冰箱冷藏半小时即可食用
