奶油咖啡蛋糕卷

  • 色拉油30g

Steps to make 奶油咖啡蛋糕卷

  • 1.鸡蛋分离放入无水无油的盆里
  • 2.蛋黄里放5克糖拌匀
  • 3.放入色拉油拌匀
  • 4.放入牛奶和咖啡拌匀无油水分离
  • 5.放入低粉拌匀无干粉
  • 6.蛋白放醋打成鱼泡,放入糖打发
  • 7.打至湿性蛋白有小弯勾
  • 8.取三分之一蛋白放入面糊里拌匀
  • 9.拌好后再倒入蛋白中,上下搅拌,不要划圈
  • 10.然后倒入模具中,振出气泡,烤箱180度预热10分钟,上下烤15分钟即可
  • 11.烤好后出烤箱放凉
  • 12.淡奶油放15克糖打发
  • 13.打发好的奶油铺在蛋糕上
  • 14.然后卷起,放冰箱定形即可
