    Steps to make 干锅菜花

    • 1.准备食材。菜花掰成小块(清洗干净后一定要沥干水分)、五花肉切片、青蒜苗切成段、洋葱切成条、蒜切成片、干辣椒切成段。
    • 2.往干锅底部抹少许油。然后将洋葱铺在锅底
    • 3.炒锅内放少许油,放入五花肉开始煸炒
    • 4.五花肉炒至变色后,放入蒜片、干辣椒继续煸炒出香味后,倒入少许老抽继续煸炒。
    • 5.倒入菜花翻炒匀均。加入少许盐。
    • 6.将青蒜苗放入锅入翻炒匀均,放入少许鸡精。关火淋入香油翻均匀。
    • 7.出锅装入干锅内。点小一块固体酒精,就可以上桌开动了。
