Steps to make 奶香~ 动物小曲奇饼干,双色。

  • 1.黄油软化+糖粉,盐,橡皮刮刀拌匀后,用电动打蛋器打发均匀。
  • 2.加入蛋液,打发均匀。筛入低粉,用橡皮刮刀拌匀成团。
  • 3.把面团包在保鲜膜里,擀成面片,(可反复拉开保鲜膜,直至面片表面平整)入冰箱冷冻半小时,让面片略硬,方便压模。
  • 4. 选出喜欢的饼干模具。
  • 5.用饼干模具压出各种造型,摆入烤盘。
  • 6.我做了两份面团,另一份加了2小勺可可粉等量替换低粉,成可可面团。两份面片最后可以压在一起擀平,做出迷彩效果。
  • 7.烤箱提前预热到160度, 烤约15-20分钟。表面金黄上色即可。
