超萌的小猫爪海棉蛋糕
海棉蛋糕是入门烘焙爱好者最初接触的蛋糕之一,大家都说海棉蛋糕相当戚风蛋糕更简单、失败率更低,对于我来讲,正好相反,戚风蛋糕大约试过2次之后就掌握诀窍制作成功,海棉蛋糕最初几次都是以失败告终,刚出炉好好的,过一会都回缩,看到失败的成果严重打击积极性,好长一段时间不再碰海棉蛋糕,虽然不去碰,心里总惦记着找时间再尝试,多试几次后发现其实也很简单,最初失败主要是因为鸡蛋没打发到位,才严重影响出品成果。

Steps to make 超萌的小猫爪海棉蛋糕

  • 1.将白砂糖、去壳后的鸡蛋装入打蛋盆中,用打蛋器打发至出现清晰纹路且不立失消失状态
  • 2.将低筋面粉过筛加入其中,用刮刀快速切拌均匀
  • 3.将牛奶、食用油、盐混合搅拌均匀,倒入拌好的面糊中,用刮刀快速翻拌均匀
  • 4.将拌好的面糊用勺子装入模具中(8分满)
  • 5.烤箱提前预热,将烤盘放入烤箱中层烤30分钟出炉
