  • 料酒1茶匙
  • 番茄酱2茶匙
  • 白糖2茶匙

Steps to make 番茄虾

  • 1.食材:鲜虾、白糖、料酒、姜、番茄酱、生抽
  • 2.鲜虾剪去虾枪从虾背刨开,并挑去虾线
  • 3.所有的鲜虾依次处理好,姜切丝备用。
  • 4.锅置火上,放入两茶匙食用油,放入处理干净的虾煎制。
  • 5.一边煎一边用手铲压虾头,压出虾头中的红油
  • 6.煎至变色捞出。
  • 7.利用锅中煎虾的余油,放入姜丝爆香
  • 8.爆香姜丝后,放入两茶匙番茄酱、一茶匙白糖
  • 9.小火翻炒均匀,加入半小碗清水、一茶匙生抽
  • 10.再加入一勺料酒
  • 11.放入煎过的鲜虾大火烧沸
  • 12.烧沸后改小火焖几分钟,再次改中火把汤汁收尽即可
