香酥芋泥派
从一看到这个派的配方,我就非常喜欢,原因是它用糖非常的少,而是的芋头为主的馅料,非常的健康,多吃没有负罪感啊。 芝士方面也是只用了少量的黄油,吃了不怕胖啊

Steps to make 香酥芋泥派

  • 1.先做酥粒:配方:低筋粉30克,腰果25克,黄油15克,糖5克 。先把腰果压成碎粒,要颗粒感的,不要成碎末
  • 2.把腰果碎,面粉,油和糖一起放入盆里,
  • 3.充分揉搓均匀然后捏成团,放入冰箱冷冻半小时
  • 4.然后做派皮:把主料原料全部混合揉成面团,饧20分钟。这个面团的比较硬的面团,要饧一下延展性会好。为了更清晰,再重复一下配方:.派皮;面粉80克,玉米淀粉20克,葡萄籽油30克,糖5克,水20克,
  • 5.备派芯:芋头蒸熟去皮碾压成泥,
  • 6.把芋头泥先和淀粉一起拌均匀,然后加入蜂蜜拌均匀
  • 7.最后加入蔓越莓
  • 8.拌均匀成为芋泥馅
  • 9.把饧好的派皮面团擀成厚度约3毫米的片,放入盘盘,压掉边,
  • 10.叉子扎孔以防止鼓包
  • 11.把芋泥铺到里面
  • 12.把冷冻的酥粒拿出来搓碎撒表面。最后弄几颗腰果装饰
  • 13.烤箱180度预热5分钟,入烤箱下面第二层烤35分钟。放的稍微靠下一层,以防止表面上色过重,而且派底也会更酥脆。
  • 14.烤好的香酥芋泥派。切开后下面是酥脆的底,中间是软软的芋泥馅,上层则是干果酥粒,可口丰富又健康
