  • 1.所有材料
  • 2.酵母用低于三十度温水化开,然后和面
  • 3.先用筷子搅拌成絮状
  • 4.揉成光滑的面团
  • 5.采取摔打面团和搓衣服的方式,把面揉到扩展阶段,就是出膜
  • 6.面团揉好后放在盆内,我用蒸锅隔水发酵的,烤箱带发酵的可以用烤箱
  • 7.发酵后的面团用手指戳洞不回缩
  • 8.拿出来用擀面杖排气,然后分为六个
  • 9.把一个面团搓成长条状
  • 10.圈一下,其中一头用里面穿过
  • 11.最后形成这样的花型
  • 12.全部做好后放在烤盘上
  • 13.烤箱预热下面放杯开水,进行二次发酵
  • 14.发酵好的面包明显大了不少
  • 15.蛋液和葱花混合
  • 16.刷上全蛋液
  • 17.放上葱花
  • 18.烤箱预热180度10分钟,选择140度25分钟,具体温度根据自己烤箱来定
  • 19.好了,出炉
