苹果小派
大的苹果派是不是感觉太大烤完还要切开很麻烦呢?那就做小的吧!

  • 低筋面粉150克
  • 黄油70克
  • 白糖55克
  • 68克
  • 苹果300克
  • 玉米淀粉10克
  • 柠檬汁10克

Steps to make 苹果小派

  • 1.苹果两个
  • 2.削皮洗净切小丁加少许盐抓一下
  • 3.平底锅加入10克黄油
  • 4.放入切好的苹果丁翻炒至软
  • 5.加入10克柠檬汁40克糖和20克水翻炒至浓稠后出锅备用
  • 6.60克黄油室温软化后加入150克低筋面粉和15克糖用手揉匀
  • 7.加入48克水揉成面团
  • 8.和面碗扣住面团松弛20分钟
  • 9.分成六等份
  • 10.取一份小面团擀成薄片
  • 11.用手轻压派皮紧贴于模具上并移去多余的派皮后用叉子在派皮底叉一些小孔
  • 12.填入苹果陷并把上面取下的多余派皮擀开切小条
  • 13.在上面交叉编网格(我这编得不好,纯属抛砖引玉)
  • 14.烤箱预热200上下火后烤30分钟
  • 15.出炉晾凉即可开吃了
