草莓可丽卷
可丽饼比较容易做,又不用烤箱,一个不粘平底锅就可以了,与新鲜水果结合起来,也是很好的点心。根据上几次的经验,煎出来的饼皮比较容易破,所以在饼皮的配方里减去黄油用量,包起来就比较容易了。

  • 草莓120~140克
  • 黄油1/2大匙
  • 白糖6小匙
  • 精盐1/8小匙
  • 玉米淀粉1+1/2小匙
  • 鸡蛋2只
  • 白糖4小匙
  • 黄油1大匙
  • 精盐1/8小匙
  • 香精1/2小匙
  • 全能面粉4大匙

Steps to make 草莓可丽卷

  • 1.把草莓去蒂切丁入一小锅,加入黄油1/2大匙,白糖6小匙,精盐1/8小匙,玉米淀粉1+1/2小匙。
  • 2.开中火,不断搅拌,把饼料煮至起大泡,收火待用。
  • 3.用另一碗,加入鸡蛋2只,白糖4小匙,黄油1大匙,精盐1/8小匙,香精1/2小匙,全能面粉4大匙,用打蛋器打均匀。
  • 4.开中小火,在不粘平底锅里倒入适量蛋液,然后用面糊推子推均匀成薄饼,煎成金黄色。
  • 5.翻饼时要小心,饼子容易破,也煎成金黄色,熄火。
  • 6.在饼的一边摊上一层草莓馅。
  • 7.把另一边覆盖上再卷起来。
  • 8.卷好后入在杯子里,卷就不会散,可以享用了。Enjoy !
