  • 新鲜蔓越莓300G
  • 柠檬半颗
  • 细砂糖100G
  • 冰糖50G
  • 1茶匙

Steps to make 蔓越莓果酱

  • 1.将买回来的蔓越莓冲洗干净。
  • 2.然后浸泡凉水加一茶匙盐搅拌一下泡10分钟;这样可以让蔓越莓的表面更加干净。
  • 3.10分钟后将浸泡蔓越莓的盐水倒掉冲洗一遍沥干。
  • 4.将细砂糖和冰糖称重备用。
  • 5.半颗柠檬榨汁备用。
  • 6.将蔓越莓放入锅子里。
  • 7.加入细砂糖和冰糖。
  • 8.将细砂糖与蔓越莓拌均匀后开小火慢煮,必须不停的搅拌让每一颗果粒都可以充分的煮透。
  • 9.边煮边搅拌时蔓越莓就会逐渐的松软。
  • 10.煮至蔓越莓果粒完全细小及软烂,冰糖溶化后就可以加入柠檬汁。
  • 11.柠檬汁加入后搅拌均匀,煮5分钟后即可熄火;此时蔓越莓已经成果酱了当中也会带点颗粒的果粒。
  • 12.成品。
