  • 6.筛入60克低筋面粉用刮刀翻拌至无干粉;
  • 7.预热烤箱165度上下火,15g玉米油和20g牛奶混合搅拌至乳化;
  • 8.20克牛奶和15克植物油混合液倒入面糊中迅速搅拌均匀;
  • 9.全部的蛋糕糊倒入模具中,举起模具向下震几下;
  • 10.放入165度烤箱中层、上下火烘烤十五到二十分钟,取出提起模具向下震一下脱模放凉;
