Steps to make 薄荷黑凉粉

  • 1.从盒中倒出25克粉。
  • 2.倒凉开水100克,搅拌成无颗粒糊状。
  • 3.再倒入开水525克,边倒边搅拌。
  • 4.开大火煮开。中途不停的搅拌。
  • 5.待凉后切块备用。
  • 6.薄荷叶洗干净,放适量冰糖和水烧开至冰糖融化。
  • 7.过滤薄荷叶,薄荷糖水可放入冰箱冷藏。
  • 8.舀二大块涼粉,用不锈钢勺子切块,舀适量薄荷糖水搅拌即可开吃。
