    Steps to make 腌萝卜条

    • 1.材料:青萝卜
    • 2.姜粉 精盐 白糖1少许 辣椒面 芝麻,花椒粉,胡椒粉,少许生抽,清油
    • 3.萝卜削去根须,洗净,切成5厘米长、1厘米见方的条,晾晒至八成干后
    • 4.晒好的萝卜条用开水洗去上面的浮尘,沥干水分
    • 5.加入精盐、胡椒粉,花椒粉,少许白糖,姜粉,生抽腌2天(这样吃味道也不错的)
    • 6.一定得盖上,要不味散了,还脏。
    • 7.清油烧热泼在芝麻辣椒面上,拌在腌了2天地萝卜条上
    • 8.要拌均匀,辛辣回甜,辣香脆爽,可作开胃小菜或零食。
