自制剁椒
其实我很喜欢辣但不能吃辣,家里的两位呢也是基本只能接受微辣程度的人,但是很多菜如果少了那么点辣的话真的是会逊色不少的,于是我还是会自己做一小瓶剁椒,以备不时之需。剁椒做好后放冰箱冷藏,可以放很久很久,取时用干净无水的筷子即可,自己做的剁椒没有添加剂,吃着放心。

    Steps to make 自制剁椒

    • 1.红辣椒拣去有破损的不要,冼净彻底晾干水份。
    • 2.把辣椒切成末。
    • 3.把大蒜切成末。
    • 4.辣椒末和大蒜末混合,加适量盐,一点点糖拌匀。
    • 5.装入事先洗净晾干水份或消毒过的瓶子中,最后倒一点高度白酒封口,室温放2-3 天后,冷藏保存。
