  • 孜然粉1.5大匙
  • 料酒1大匙

Steps to make 孜然煎羊排

  • 1.纽西兰羊扒1小排。
  • 2.把羊排顺骨头切块,放入调味料。
  • 3.抓捏均匀,腌2小时以上。(我一般中午腌好,晚上煎)
  • 4.热油锅,把羊排放入,大火煎1分钟。
  • 5.翻面继续煎1分钟。
  • 6.腌羊排的汁加少许水拌匀,倒入羊排锅里,中小火焖煮约5分钟,途中翻面。
  • 7.葱切葱花。
  • 8.用筷子扎一下羊肉,能轻易扎入,拔出沒血水就熟了,撒上葱花即可。
  • 9.非常鲜嫩的羊排。
